LexRex: Trusted Partner webinar – Back to the office Part 3: Keeping teams engaged and informed

As you will no doubt know by now, our latest initiative, LexRex: Trusted Partner was created at the start of lockdown to support law firm leaders and their teams – providing insightful, practical and timely advice on the issues that we knew were causing concern. We carried out fortnightly research to understand the pain points across our clients and friends operating in the sector, utilising our relationships with other experts in the sector to bring new perspectives on current challenges. One of the biggest issues was around people and indeed team management.
